Whether a family (or leader) is interested in working on improving communication, clarifying and aligning vision and values, calibrating governance and decision making or exploring succession, I believe that developing and keeping a process (rather than "one-time event") orientation creates the best opportunity for "long term, multi-generational success".
To that end, I work with clients to install 5 transformational disciplines (areas of focus, or habits) that enhance cohesion, clarity, communication and competence across the family "system" while taking intentional action towards the aligned and calibrated vision and values that define "success" for that family or business.
